My name is Isabel Carreras. I graduated in 2017 from Upper Bucks County Technical School and Quakertown High school. Going into tech school I signed up for the animal tech class but didn't get in, so instead I went into cosmetology. I ended up making a career for 5 years after high school in hairdressing: still waiting to work with animals someday.
Now that I've been at Rockhill for 2 years I've come to find myself loving animals even more somehow. Working with the doctors here is a learning experience and none of them are shy to teach you anything either. Being trained here as a Veterinary Technician is a wonderful opportunity that I’m so grateful for! With so much more to learn, I can’t wait to see where Rockhill Vet will take me in the future. Someday, I’d like to have a bunch of animals of my own; like my own little zoo.
