Appointment Policy

Please call us to schedule an appointment 215-257-6515. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient arrival policy

For you protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a lease and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or must be on a leash.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks.   

Surgery

In preparation for surgery, a pre-operative blood screen is strongly recommended. The bloodwork appointment should be scheduled at least 1 week prior to the surgery appointment. Prior to surgery, no food should be offered to your pet after midnight. A very small volume of water is permitted.

Please drop off your pet either between 6:00-8:00 PM the day prior to surgery or between 8:00 – 8:30 AM the day of the surgery. You will be notified after your pet’s surgery is completed.
